5% Nutrition has a 60 day return/exchange policy, meaning any items returned after 60 business days will not be accepted. For an item to be eligible for a return it must be:
- Unused – This applies to supplements. No opened or otherwise tampered with supplement returns will be accepted.
- Not washed or excessively worn – Trying on is fine! But if you wear the item for a full day and/or put in the washer it will be ineligible for return.
We are now offering free apparel returns/exchanges! Any apparel items returned will not be charged a return fee if they meet the above requirements.
Supplement returns/exchanges will be charged $8 for a return, this cost will be deducted from the refund, so you are not required to pay anything now.
