My Package says it was delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

Please send a message to customerservice@5percentnutrition.com with your name, and order number. If you are able, please answer the following questions within the email, as it will make the process of us talking to the carrier more efficient.

• Did you check with your neighbors to see if one of them accidentally received your package?
• Is there another street with a similar name to yours within a 3 to 5 block radius?
• Was there someone at home at the above time who may (or may not) have heard the delivery person?
• Would it be okay if the carrier contacted you regarding this issue over the phone? If so, can you please provide me with the best number to contact you at?
